I was irritated with my teacher today. Dunno why i always feel inferior and insulted when she 'comments' on s'pore. not that it's not true....but whenever she compares s'pore to france (where she's from), she makes me feel like we're a class below the french. grrrr. i dun agree...we still have a lot of bases to cover to be a real city but i think that's where our potential lies. (to put it nicely -____-"') Not like france...so many social problems...hmph.

we don't have a rich culture of our own, whether lang or architecture or costume; our entertainmt scene is nearly dead; and our the nightlife and the arts scenes may be laughable compared to other countries...but wo bu gan yuan. (Hate feeling inferior abt myself. if there's one thing i can't stand, this is it.) C'mon s'pore we've got to show the world wat we've got!!!!!!!! Go go, s'poreans!!!!!!!
