I like the Fight Club in it's social commentary on consumerism. and obviously cos Brad Pitt is really HOTT. I like the narrative voice in the fi;pm. It was smart and witty. The director was really good...(quoting Michael) "He actually makes something unbelievable believable." The variety of images that the directoir used to convey his points were effective. Ok shit. i juz like the film a lot ok. (i like Brad Pitt's character a lot!) If i'm typing incoherently, i apologise. I'm close to sleep and delirious.

Errr.....赤いシャツintroduced me to his 彼女 today. He was like, "Hey i have to introduce u to someone." I sorta expected it. He presented me proudly to his gf (or is it the other way round?). The first thing that struck me when i saw his gf was how much she looked like Christine! She could have been her younger sister lor!

The first thing the girl said was "cute meh?" in a joking way. Not to me, but to him. Actually i was secretly glad that he told his gf i was cute but......i guess maybe he's juz being nice. He can't very well say i'm leggy or pretty. Anyway, i wasn't really offended cos...er she's not that pretty herself so whatever. Just that she is really slim and leggy and has straight rebonded hair. Great. Come to tink of it (as my sis said) it is an insult. Shit. I was so happy to be in the presence of 赤いシャツ that the remark didn't sink into my head at all.

Hmmm...all the same, i didn't really get good vibes from her...and she's supposed to be my boss if i'm in cheerleading. Hmmm. See how.

Hee! I'm happy today! My 4D teacher was satisfied with my progress and praised one of my pictures! Becoz of her positive response, i'm inspired to improve on my pics. Yepz. Before i presented i was damn kan cheong cos the teacher asked 赤いシャツ to redo his pics! And i was dealing with a new subject this week so i didn't know what the class & the teacher's reactions would be. After the presentation i started commenting on pple's pics. If only becoz we were sitting in the dark comp lab and no one can see me when i'm talking.

-showed him the neoprint i took with my sis. when i told him we were born 10 mins apart, he said, "Really? So cute." Then i raised a 'peace sign' to my eyes and went, "oh, thank you!" At which he rolled his eyes

-the class came out of the lift and he told us to turn left (there were 2 doors; one on the left, one on the right). i said sth dumb like "Not left then right lor, not right then left lor." Den dunno how we started mock glaring at each other like 2 bengs. Farnie!

-the teacher said sth and a cheeky smile came on to his face. His mischievious expression is so to die for! It's so pure and cute!.........かわいい～～～～～ \(^-^)/

I had fun at the carnival. I was amazed at the originality of the stuff put up by the students, especially "Suspense." It's actually a skit within a maze. You are to walk into a maze and along the way, you will witness a 'woman' (actually a plump guy in disguise) being beaten up by a masked criminal. Then a policeman appears and stays with you throughout the journey as you 'find' the criminal. But he will not guide you out of the maze, you must find the way yourself.

Throughout the maze, my sis and i were alternating btwn laughter and wide-eyed amazement. Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!I was laughing and laughing when the 'woman' got beaten up. It was obviously rehearsed and VERY funny. Everything was made even funnier by the fact that the Japanese kids spouted their lines in English. The acting was very exaggerated....DAMN FUNNY.

My sis tot the boy who acted as the policeman was cute and i took a pic for them. When she asked him for a picture, he pointed to his nose and asked, "Me?!" in disbelief. So cute. =D But too bad the place was damn dark....he didn't look good in the photo. I tot he looked like a young Kame.

On the way to the next stop, we got lost and eventually came to a dead end with an altar and a small statue of a bald guy. My sis was like, "What is this?" The policeman replied, "This is Japanese god." in his cute accent. Hahahahha....we laughed.

At the next stop was a police man i think. The policeman with us spoke some lines which i didn't understand. Very funny lor...the 2 of them acted more like bengs facing-off. Apparently the 2nd policeman had gotten a description of the criminal. The policeman with us showed us the pic and asked, "Is this the criminal?" Then we said 'yes'. Then the 2nd policeman was like, 'Oh you don't need to worry, the victim is all right now." And he pointed to a space on my left. I turned and saw the plump guy beside. I jumped and hid behind my sis, who was laughing at the plump guy. Then the plump guy asked me whether i was ok. I was like, "Yeah yeah yeah."

Then we walked in on a 'couple' making out. (Again, a guy acted as the woman, complete with a wig exploding with curls) Funny shit...when we reached the stop, the 'woman' was sweeping the floor. Then the guy walked in and they pretended to make out. After a while, they 'noticed' our presence and pulled apart in shock. Then the policeman asked them whether they had seen the criminal. They pointed at some direction and we were on our way again.

Actually i tot the guy who acted as the woman was pretty cute. He's tall and 'dua3 jia4' and his eyes are big and round. So cute!!!! hahahaha

Anyway, we ended up in a dark corner and we saw the criminal. The policeman got into a tussle with him. The fight was pretty realistic and he eventually pinned the criminal to the wall. The policeman gave us a set of handcuffs and asked us to handcuff the criminal, which my sister did. Farnie!!!!!!!!!!!! Throughout all this, i was laughing and laughing and laughing. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed myself in this maze. Damn funny and original compared to skits put up by s'porean kids.

Besides the maze, we also went to the Soap room, the uniform-trying room (got guys go in and wear the uniform oso ok!!!), played games and entered the Haunted House. The haunted house wasn't spooky at all...except for this one girl who knelt on the floor and greeted you with cackling/coughing laughter ("eh-eh-eh") as you crawl out from a (cardboard) tunnel. Creepy lor! Her long hair half-covered her face and her head was tilted to the side. Horrible...you had to crawl past her...怖い!!!!!!!

After i came out from the Haunted house, i took a pic with one of the guys in charge. Hee hee....cute huh? Actually i saw him while i was in the queue but i didn't tink he was that cute. Then i saw his eyes and i tot they were quite pretty...heh heh heh....

Oh! And the Soap room (actually it was the sch's chemistry lab)! I had fun there...making bubbles. They had this basin of detergent water and a wire bent into a hoop attached to a handle. The diameter of the hoop was about 25cm...can imagine the huge bubbles i made. Actually i only made one successfully. But i was so excited when i did it!!!!!!!~!!! Haha hoho

Then there was this guy who i tot was pretty seh. I tink he's probably early twenties. Very cute lor...his facial features are pretty nice, but what attracted me most was his 'x-factor' as my sis put it. He had wavy shoulder length hair which he pushed back with a hairband. He wore a super super large white tee which that probably reached mid-thigh, it was so long, and green-greyish three-quarter pants. Sigh....but i didn't think of taking photo with him when i saw him. When i wanted to, he was already gone. shit. But then again, he looked so cool, he might have turned down my request, i dunno.

Hiei!!! Hiei is the guy you need! Hiei has a dark
and mysterious past, and because of that he is
usually quiet and keeps to himself. Hiei is
very protective of his friends and his sister,

１９歳に成った。１９歳って…まだ迷いながらね。The future's blur. Just like it was a year ago. But that's all right. i've come to terms with it now.

I've grown up now (somewhat..well, at least physically). People look at me differently and have different expectations of me. Like, in uni, pple treat me as a young adult, not a sec sch kid who has to follow rules & stuff. I'm still getting used to letting myself go and relaxing (somewhat) with rules.

I'm still unattached/single/available. またね、一人ぼっちの誕生日。Not that i can complain, with so many great friends and family members celebrating with me/giving presents/sending me bdae msgs and showing me lots of L-O-V-E. Oh i watched "Be with me" on my birthday too. Someone complimented me on my singing during my karaoke session with kimshi. うれしかったね～！（I'm really happy!)

Previously thought i might like this guy in my class...but thinking abt it, i guess i'm just being foolish. So sorry to my real true love out there somewhere. Right now, i'm contented juz liking Gackt. If given a choice, right now, i shud want to find my true love late in life, den we'll juz get married and live the rest of our days together. Right now, it's more studies & developing my skills than relationships.

Wish i could lose weight. I've gained like 3kg since sch started!!! Horrigible (<---a word i invented myself meaning horrible..i got the idea from the word 'incorrigible'. Ok so it means incorrigibly horrible...if that makes any sense)

I'm taking up jap again, which is good but i'm really tempted to skip it becos of hw. I want to learn the piano soon. Someone tell me where i can get more time...

Nowadays, i'm suddenly thinking of being myself more and stop giving in to pple's opinion so easily. I suppose this might seem like a given to most pple but it's not for me. This is good, you know, for finding myself and all. One thing good abt my course is that we are encouraged to express ourselves and to be different. There's no wrong or right. The stupidest question is the one left in your head.

So, on my 19th birthday, i hope that i will have a fruitful time in NTU. I wish good health and success to my family and frens and you, who's reading this post right now!

Stella can imagine me saying all these softly (ie my serious voice) right? Sometimes i think (and i know) i would do better without my lame humour. Especially inf ront of a teacher. Or when i'm doing a presentation. Gotta get it under control.

4 years from now, i hope to go somewhere. I don't know where exactly (movies? animation? manga?) but i hope my course will bring me to where i want to be next time.

Went out with my classmates on my birthday. We had lunch at ThaiExpress and they sprang several surprises on me. First was the Giggle-a-day joke book which they claimed was my present - and i believed them. Den later on they produced a nice 'designer' bowl which was designed as a japanese girl's head. The rest of the body was actually the box. When i tot that was the end of the presents, they brought out a cake! It was a tiny Hello Kitty cake. Kawaii na~

Lately, I'm interested in this guy in my class. He's the one who can't stand my lame jokes. I don't mean that i like him...but it'sd more like i want to find out more abt him. Yeah...hope i wasn't too obvious in my actions. I'm beginning (actually i've begun) to suspect that this one guy in my class (diff frm the one i'm interested in) likes my another girl classmate. Cos during drawing lesson ytd he was the one who (helpfully) helped her to hold up her drawings which she did on really big sheets of newsprint paper. And i helped あかいシャツto tidy up his. (Hey, i'm his neighbour ok! Actually i chose to sit beside him on purpose ;P)

Oh. One happy thing that happened was that he noticed how wary i was when i entered the class (i tot i was late!).
