I want to feel alive.

-Day 1 of 21-day challenge-

I just watched Casino Royale today. It's a must watch! I'm in love with the title credits...it's cool!! I liked the use of solid shapes to describe 3-D forms..Watch the movie to understand what i'm talking about.

I was entranced by the show for the 1st half...after that pace kinda sagged. But it's a really good movie on the whole...considering the fact that's it's a Bond movie. This Bond has a brain and a heart at least. And Daniel Craig is hot as Bond!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

I'm starting to feel more and more that i'm not cut out for film.....i like telling stories and and languages and writing....but that's it...

I used to be sad and felt inferior that i'm not cut out for film, but i've learnt that there are other fields besides film. i am still thankful to film, for sustaining me thru my sec sch & jc days but now that i'm here where i wanted to be, i find that it's not really what i want after all. One thing i'm really interested in is languages!!! i like figuring out how systems work and mastering their rules (like in language). But i can't create sth from nothing. Which makes me think that i can't be a good artist...but i'm interested in learning singing, music (piano & gu zhen & flute) & dance. pple who are interested too pls contact mee!!!!!!!!!!!

My french class pals recounted our boyband craze over lunch on friday....and got into a discussion abt BSB

"Some songs a bit weird leh...like 'c'mon now backstreet's got it/we've got it goin' on for years' "
"Nick carter got too fat"

NSYNC

"i was a BSB fan, don't know many of their songs"
"dunno why pple like them"

911

"don't go changing re-arranging..."
"love sensation right?"

A1

"they're so ugly and they can't sing"
"no lah...some can sing what...the 2 lead singers lah..."

Code Red

"also very ugly"

Wah the converstaion made us feel like going karaoke!!!!!! haha. Miss those old boyband songs: BSB's I'll never break your heart & A1's Forever in love & Boyzone ballads. And BSB's newer song I need you tonight.

I'm irritated with the old old man at home. (my father's father) not with him but his actions. He's so weird. I know i shouldn't expect myself to understand his actions (we've got a 70yr age gap) but i just can't fathom him. haiz.....old pple tend to be more dirty. They won't clear up when they've made a mess. i understand that, like, it's a drag having to bend down and pick up biscuit crumbs from the floor when u're so old. but haiz.....it's drag for people living with them. And old people can't really control their bowels anymore and need people's help. Dealing with old pple truly needs a lot of patience. They do weird things too..........haiz. poor man. will i feel so lonely and alientated in my old age? i don't talk to him, and neither do most of my family cos we don't speak hakka and he only speaks in hakka. haiz.

What is life like, having to lead the rest of ur life only being able to speak to a few pple, can't go out of the house cos ur family members are afraid you'll get lost/robbed/fall down if u go out alone? Walk very slowly, can't see/hear well, no friends, you are a burden to your fanily, etc. the list of hazards of being old goes on. No wonder pple fear old age. Don't you?

I pity my mum. Have to take care of my father's dad and her own parents. F*ck and i'm not lifting a finger to help her with housework. *feels guilty* *runs off to help now*
